* Meyer Lemon – May bloom again while fruit still remains on the tree, allowing for different harvest intervals. Fruit takes about 6-9 months to ripen. When ripe, Meyer lemons will be an egg yolk yellow color and slightly soft to the touch.

* Key Lime – Perfect for making a delectable pie. Fragrant white flowers and small, juicy limes set this evergreen tree apart. May bloom again while fruit still remains on the tree, allowing for different harvest intervals. Fruit takes about 6-9 months to ripen. Key limes are harvested prior to fully ripening while still green. Key limes can be used when green, but will also soften somewhat as they ripen and turn pale yellow.
